We specialize in complex site inspections for problem assets and portfolios, construction processes or unique situations. Critical aspects considered include overall market conditions and identification of comps, occupancy considerations and any deferred maintenance issues. We perform property inspections for portfolio purchases and investor due diligence.

We are experienced in defaulted loan management including watchlists, workouts, REO management and asset or note disposition. This allows us the ability to provide site inspections, ad hoc information gathering and critical site analysis on short notice to assist lenders in making critical decisions.

We have been awarded assignments as court appointed receiver during the foreclosure process. Those assignments were then converted to third party property management upon final foreclosure, and assets that Prudential CRES will act as broker for the ultimate sale.
